Junior Accountant

Experience and Skills

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Up to two years' experience in accounting
  • Experience of working in ERPs
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

The following skills will be considered as a plus:

  • Experience of working in NAVISION system and/or EXPERT
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Sound knowledge of Romanian accounting and fiscal legislation

Job description:

  • Entry of primary documents
  • Bank Reconciliation

Payroll Accountant

Mandatory requirements and skills

  • 5 years’ experience
  • To have worked payroll for more than 200 employees
  • In depth knowledge of Labour laws
  • Experience with software payroll packages
  • Experience with all payroll related declarations
  • English (fluent spoken and written)
  • References which can be contactable

  • Experience with software package “EXPERT”
  • Willing to work in an accounting company, located in Baneasa

Job description:

The candidate (payroll accountant) will undertake and be responsible for the payroll function for all of the Company’s clients. The payroll accountant will be responsible for the end to end calculation of the payroll, the preparation and submission of all necessary forms and returns to the authorities, and the preparation of the accounting entry (nota contabila) to be entered in the books of each client.

The number of ‘employees’ is approximately 400 and the number of clients approximately seventy five.

The payroll accountant will have to work as part of the team since he will be collaborating with the Seniors in charge of each client and will report to the Senior Manager of the Accounting and Tax Division.

 

Senior Accountant

Mandatory Experience and Skills:

  • University Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 6 years’ experience in accounting, one of which in a senior position
  • Experience in working with ERPs: NAVISION, SAP, SCALA
  • Excellent knowledge of Romanian accounting and fiscal legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written English
  • The following experience will be considered a plus:
  • Having worked in a company offering accounting services
  • Having worked on other ERPs
  • Mobility within Bucharest and Ilfov

Personal Characteristics:

  • Effective communication skills
  • Self-motivated and committed
  • Results oriented with drive to meet and exceed targets under pressure
  • Adaptable and team player.

Job description

The candidate will have the following major responsibilities:

  • Review the accounting entries done by juniors
  • Effect entries of primary documents in clients’ books if the need arises
  • Prepare and affect the closing entries for a number of clients
  • Present and discuss final Trial Balance with the Accounting Partner or the Client (as the case may be)
  • Prepare all relevant tax returns for a number of clients.

 

Junior Auditor

Experience and Skills

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Up to two years' experience in auditing / accounting
  • Excelent knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good command of English; German is a plus

Job description:

  • Interacts with the client in order to collect the necessary information;
  • Performs audit procedures under the supervision of a superviser / manager and prepares working papers, covering all field work areas.
  • Prepares written communication such as client correspondence,
  • Obtains an understanding of the business audited and of the risks associated with the business and the audit assignment.
